The achievement objective of the association is founded on the proposition that such can be realized through collective effort. The specific aims of the association are:
- To assist the Holy Angel University in upgrading and maintaining high educational/academic standards and its leadership as an educational institution north of Manila and,
- To promote greater cooperation among members in the achievement of their socio-economic goals.
The association’s financial requirements shall initially be derived from membership fees as well as from the conduct and sponsoring of fund raising activities such as raffles, benefit shows, concerts, discos and exhibits. Gifts/donations from individual and institutional benefactors shall also be solicited.
In the achievement of higher educational standards, the role of the association shall be more or less complementary to the Holy Angel University. This may come in the form of:
- Grants for the upgrading of facilities;
- Training for the improvement of teaching skills;
- Scholarships to be given either to deserving students and / or instructors; and,
- Technical/administrative and/or financial assistance on special projects.

To this end, the Association shall work closely with the school administration in order to determine the specific areas where it can participate and provide assistance to the University as well as provide a monitoring mechanism whereby achievement levels can be effectively and efficiently measured.
The Association shall actively work toward the increase in membership and the level of participation and involvement of member. Initially, as an added benefit to members, the association shall solicit from various commercial establishments in Angeles City and its suburbs, discounts to be given to all members in good standing of the association upon presentation of their Membership Identification Cards. This is also hoped to encourage an increase in membership.
The Association shall also initiate the holding of periodic Alumni Homecoming activities in order to promote greater social interaction among members as well as with the University’s administration and staff. It is also envisioned that through such activities, the possibility of greater cooperation for the achievement of the individual and group economic goals of members can be enhanced.
The Association believes that through such efforts, it can contribute positively not only to the upliftment of the educational standards of the University but to the entire educational system as swell as also promote members’ cooperation and involvement in the achievement of their individual goals.
